I work in Elizabethtown, Kentucky in an after school education program. We had a young student who had a terrible attitude and disposition starting out. He would tell us that he did not want to be there, interrupted the class, or would not get involved. By day 2 he was asking questions, answering questions, and became the leader of the group.
