Children who set goals and work to accomplish them on a regular basis achieve more in and out of the classroom than children who do not. iPractice is a 10-month goal setting and mentoring program for students in grades 4 through 12. It teaches children that their future is a matter of choice and intent, that effort and guidance determine their outcomes, and that diligence, perseverance and delayed gratification are ingredients for success! Parent and Family Education Programs

Family Basics
Family Basics, a meeting series, will help you engage parents in their children's lives and education. Family Basics training empowers parents to effectively use their parental authority in order to successfully parent. At its core, this program is designed to support parents as they take the primary responsibility for raising their children into purposeful, resilient achievers. Throughout the program parents will be exposed to a simple but powerful model called The Basics™: nine principles for parents to use to become their child's primary and best teacher. This program consists of twelve (12) one-hour sessions.
Parent materials are provided in English and Spanish.
Family Goal Setting
Not only does this program teach kids and parents about the value of goal setting, it also provides a structured process that assists in planning and tracking progress for an entire yearlong journey. By using the Nine Winning Practices™ Model to help kids consider their behavior, attitude and success (or lack of success) each month, parents are provided with multiple opportunities to teach their children about excelling and goal attainment in a real-time, real life way.
