REQUEST TO USE COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS
ReBrilliance, LLC is glad to consider requests to grant permission to use or reprint copyrighted materials. In some cases, a fee may be charged. However, before you use any or any part of copyrighted materials, you must obtain the necessary permissions in writing from ReBrilliance, LLC.
ReBrilliance and Steering Wheel Conversations Columns (distributed via email or on our website): Permission is granted to forward or print the columns, in full, provided that hyperlinks to the column at rebrilliance.com and/or steeringwheelconversations.com and the online subscription page are included. Copies must be made of complete pages, with the copyright notice, for instructional use by the subscriber only. Reproduction for others within a school district or other organization is strictly forbidden. Examples of ReBrilliance copyright violations include but are not limited to, printing the column in a school newsletter or reprinting for staff development purposes, without permission in writing from ReBrilliance.
The Nine Winning and Losing Practices: The Nine Winning and Losing Practices, complete lists or in single form, may not be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopy, recording or any information storage and retrieval system, without permission in writing from ReBrilliance, LLC. Examples include but are not limited to, producing custom posters, bulletin boards, etc. for use within a school district, without permission in writing from ReBrilliance.
Any use in violation of the above terms constitutes a violation of ReBrilliance copyright.
The procedure for requesting permission to use or reprint materials isn't cumbersome (see below), and ReBrilliance makes every effort to respond in a manner that is timely and accommodating of special circumstances.
