Examples include but are not limited to, producing custom posters, bulletin boards, etc. for use within a school district, without permission in writing from ReBrilliance.

Request to use copyrighted materials:
ReBrilliance will gladly consider requests to grant permission to use or reprint copyrighted materials. In some cases, a fee may be charged. However, before you use any or any part of copyrighted materials, you must obtain the necessary permissions in writing from ReBrilliance, LLC.

The procedure for requesting permission to use or reprint materials isn't cumbersome (see below), and ReBrilliance makes every effort to respond in a manner that is timely and accommodating of special circumstances.

Information required to process ReBrilliance copyrighted materials, reprint/reproduction requests:

1. Description of the material you would like to use. If you wish to reproduce materials from the ReBrilliance or Steering Wheel Conversations web sites, provide the entire URL address that appears as you are viewing the document in question.
2. Title of your publication, program, or product or other intended use.
3. Name of publisher or sponsor.
4. The type of publication in which the material will appear, e.g., book, periodical, handout, diskette, electronic program (software), List Serve posting, newsgroup posting, ftp site, Web site, corporate intranet.
5. Estimated number of copies to be printed or produced. (If intranet, number of users.)
6. The date(s) the material will be distributed.
